Welcome to my newest blogging endeavor!! This was inspired by two of my friends who have Workout/weight loss blogs! I have re-posted some old blog post that I have made on my other blog . I really started this journey last April. To date I have lost a total of 11.6 lbs. I will be posting when and what I did as far as working out, I will try for 1 hour a day, more realistically it will be 30 minutes a day. I will also be doing a weekly weigh in on Mondays.
I need all the encouragement I can get!
