SAY WhAt! Training for my FIRST HALF MARATHAON!

YEP! You read that right! I will start my 16 week training plan next week. Wow! Way back in May of 2011 I would not have EVER thought I would be training for 13.1 miles! I would have said you are flipping CRAZY! This girl has not even ran a 5k yet! Here is a picture before my first 5k.




I walked/ran this race. I finished with a time of 45min. 

 
THE SECOND I CROSSED THAT FINISH LINE I WAS HOOKED!

In 2011 I completed a total of 4 5k races. 
In 2012 I completed  11 5k races, 1 12k race, 1  2mile run race, and 1 2mile walk.

I am still coming up with my training calendar. I will post it next week.
